Christian Faith Community - A Global Phenomenon
The Christian faith community is too big to just sum up in numbers. In fact the Christian faith community is spread all over the world, it has marked its presence in each and every continent possible. However it will be very inaccurate if one were to determine the proportions of the Christian faith community in terms of the number of followers. Quite simply because the Christian faith community - involves belief, prayer networks, works of literature, works of art etc.
However when speaking with a numerological perspective; skeptics comment that the Christian faith community has shrunken in number. Of interest over here is that much of the modern day political revolutions and movements have questioned the legitimacy of Christianity - this is especially true in Europe and parts of the USA: though the latter's Christian faith community is still strong. However there have been significant expansions in the Christian faith community in most Asian countries and to be more specific the Christian faith community is moving from the northern hemisphere to the southern hemisphere - in terms of gathering new followers.
Whatever the views offered by skeptics and the various analytical perspectives - the Christian faith community is still strong and is a topic that generates intense passion.
